Residencial Veleiro is a 14-room guest house located at the historical center of Sines, with an amazing view over Sines Bay and Sport and Leisure' Port. It's 2 minutes walking from the Castle, near great restaurants and between the 2 main Centers of Art and Culture of the town and around.

The Residencial is still oppen for Business, with an anual average occupation rate of 80%. During summer high season, this rate is 100%. It has already received the status of Hotel.
Recent works has improved the heating system and installed solar panels.

 

During summer season (high peak) and during weekends and holidays along the year, Sines welcomes many tourists from Portugal, European Countries and from Overseas interested in exploring it's coastal area of notable landscapes with some of Portugal’s most unspoilt beaches, forming part of the Southwest Alentejo and Vicentine Coast Nature Park and seeking for all the cultural activities, such as Sines Jazz Festival and the World Music Festival.
